1500MX Flood Coolant Kit

A generous coolant tank provides 36 gallon coolant reservoir (when filled to bottom of chip baskets, but holds up to 66 gallons max). It includes two chip baskets with fine mesh screens, 1/4 HP pump with filters, spindle coolant ring, and manual sprayer. The fine mesh chip tray insert screens the multiple internal baffles, and coolant filtration prevent chips and fines from reaching the filters, and pump, to prevent clogging nozzles, and degrading performance. A check valve helps prevent backflow, gets coolant to the workpiece faster, and reduces drips when cycle is done. The manual sprayer makes for quick and easy cleanup inside the machine.
