Robot welding torch holder kit
The handheld MIG welding torch mounting kit includes everything required to mount a standard MIG gun with the ZA6 industrial robot.
What's in the box:
- Mount
- Socket head cap screws to assemble mount and attach to ZA6 camera flange
- Electrical connector compatible with most Lincoln and Miller MIG welders
- Zip ties
The robust aluminum mount included in this kit works well for attaching most standard-size handheld MIG welding torches to the ZA6. The kit contains the physical mount, hose clamps, and an electrical pigtail that allows you to redirect the trigger controls on Miller and Lincoln welders so that you can switch the welder on and off with a contactor driven by the ZA6’s digital outputs. The V groove in the torch mount securely holds the torch in place and resists slippage during use. Most welders require a relay or contactor closure to start the arc.
