How To Submit a Support Ticket

Follow these steps to Create a Support Ticket!

Step 1

Click on
Open Support Ticket.

Navigate to Open Support Ticket under Support in the website navigation.

Step 2

On Your First Visit
Create a Jira Account.

Step 2

The first time you go to the ticketing system, we recommend creating an account with Jira. You can do this by clicking login in the upper right hand corner. Then navigate to Tormach Tech Support and choose a submission type.

Step 3

Choose Your Machine
and Request Type.

Step 3

Choosing these options helps the form to dynamically give you specific fields to fill in that will greatly assist the technician in reviewing your needs.

Step 4

Submit
Your Request.

Step 4

Once you have completed your form -click submit - that's it.

Once you have submitted your ticket, you will receive an email notification with a link to the support case. Any updates or responses from Tormach's team will also alert you via email. You can generally expect a response within 24 hours, however, keep in mind that our technicians work Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm CST.
