As we begin 2021, we have found ourselves in a situation where our lead-times have substantially increased due to COVID-19 pandemic-related issues.
Those issues combined with high demand and heavy shipping volume is resulting in a longer than normal delivery timeframes for many Tormach machines and accessories.
We are working diligently to resolve these issues and look forward to bringing our lead-times back to normal. Unfortunately, this is going to take some time.
As of now, we anticipate that these lead times will continue into the second quarter. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date NO EXCEPTIONS. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition.
To return an item, please email customer service at orders@tormach.com to obtain a RMA case number. After receiving a case number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send us your return.

This return policy does not apply to machine orders.

Refunds:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of all items, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3-5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Note:

  • Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • Exceptions:
    • Same day exchange and/or if you purchase an exchange within the week
    • Defective, damaged or item is under warranty
    • If you were told to purchase the incorrect item
