All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date NO EXCEPTIONS. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, and include original packaging or an additional fee may be applied.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a RMA case number. After receiving a case number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send us your return.
This return policy does not apply to machine orders.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of all items, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3-5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
