The easy-to-use 24R CNC router precisely cuts aluminum, plastics, wood, and more. This affordable router runs on single-phase power and is equipped with a sturdy cast-iron frame and aluminum gantry for precise, rapid cutting with minimal vibrations. The 2 HP electrospindle is water-cooled (with an included chiller), with a maximum speed of 24,000 RPM, and an ER20 spindle taper. All this power and rigidity not only delivers great wood-cutting ability but also the ability to cut aluminum.
EASY-TO-USE 2x4 CNC ROUTER
The 24R’s table is 26.7 in. x 65 in., with a gantry clearance of 6 in., and includes an integrated vacuum table. It's also powered by single-phase 115 Vac., so it can fit easily in just about every shop.
This CNC Router also includes Tormach’s free and easy-to-use control software, PathPilot®. PathPilot gives you much more control at your fingertips including editing G-code within the user-friendly interface. It also gives you 3D tool path preview, support for 4-axis continuous machining, automatic spindle speed control, and more.
ENHANCE PRODUCTION AND EFFICIENCY WITH OUR AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER (ATC)
The Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) maximizes efficiency with the 24R CNC router as it autonomously switches tools, and increases productivity, even when you’re not at the machine. After measuring tool lengths and assigning numbers, integrate 10 versatile cutting tools, reducing data entry errors and scrapped parts.
This ATC kit includes a new ISO20 spindle, automated dust shoe, 2 tool holders with a 1/4" collet, wrenches, and pneumatic filter/regulator/lubricator (FRL), all compatible with single-phase power. Install it for quicker and improved part production.
